These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website available at https://paypilot.cy (the “Website”), operated by PAYPILOT CY LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 497184, with its registered address at Agiou Andreou 296, 3035 Limassol, Cyprus (“PayPilot”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Website.
These Terms apply exclusively to the public informational Website. They do not constitute terms for the provision of crypto-asset services, payment services, custody services, trading services or any other regulated financial services.
02Regulatory Status
PayPilot intends to seek authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider (“CASP”) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (“MiCA”), with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) as the relevant competent authority.
PayPilot has not been granted CASP authorisation by CySEC.
The crypto-asset services described on the Website are proposed services only and are not currently available. PayPilot does not offer or provide such regulated services through the Website at this stage.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as a statement that PayPilot is currently authorised, licensed, supervised or otherwise permitted to provide crypto-asset services under MiCA.
The scope, availability and terms of any future services will depend on the authorisations obtained, applicable legal requirements, operational readiness and any relevant contractual arrangements.
